We manufacture and supply a wide range of Refrigerated Dryers, Desiccant dryers, Water/Air Chilling Plants and other Compressed air Accessories which are used by various industries. Our product range encompasses
Refrigerated Air Dryers.
Refrigerated Dryers works on Heat Transfer principle. Saturated compressed air enters the Pre-cooler / Re-heater (air to air heat-exchanger), where it is pre-cooled by exchanging heat with the outgoing cold air, which reduces heat load to evaporator. The inlet air is further cooled in the evaporator (air to refrigerant heat exchanger) to the required dew point. The cold air is then reheated when it passes back through the air-to-air heat exchanger (precooler/reheater). A refrigerant compressor and condenser supply low-temperature refrigerant to the evaporator. The thermostatic expansion valve and the hot gas bypass valve match the operation of the refrigerant system to the compressed air cooling load. In the evaporator, heat is transferred from the compressed air into the refrigerant.
The process cools the air, reducing its capacity to hold water vapor and resulting in moisture condensation. The excess vapor condenses and is removed from the air system by a separator and automatic drain valve. Our consistency in continuous improvement in design for renovating small model results into tube-in-tube type dryer. The copper tube-in-tube design provides maximum surface area which results in optimum heat transfer

Desiccant Air Dryers.
In Desiccant Air Dyers, the compressed air is passed through a pressure vessel filled with an adsorbent media such as activated alumina, molecular sieve or other desiccant material. Two vessels with desiccant are used. The desiccant can bring the dew point of the air down to -40 degrees Celsius or below. This means that the air will not condense water until it is cooled to -40 degrees Celsius. Wet air enters the vessel through a pre-filter to remove any oil and other contaminants which protects desiccant’s long life. Pre-filtered air enters into adsorption tower through solenoid valves controlled by an electronic timer. In practice two vessels are used; one vessel is drying the air, while in the other the moisture absorbed by the adsorbent in the vessel is being regenerated. After a pre-determined period of time the switching of the vessels takes place with the help of the electronic timer. The other absorber tower undergoes regeneration with a portion of dry air exits from adsorption tower. This regenerated air is purged out of the system.

Chilling Plants
Water/Brine Chilling Plants
Water chilling plants are used when the water is required at a temperature that is below the ambient temperature or when the cooling water temperature from the cooling tower is insufficient. Water chilling plants are mainly used in cooling and maintaining temperature of industrial equipment and machines, cooling of drinking water etc.
In water chilling plants the water is chilled with the help of refrigeration system. For achieving cooling temperature below 0°C, Brine can also be added into the system.

Air Chillers
Air chillers are used when the air is required at a temperature that is below the ambient temperature. The air chiller cools compressed air to a temperature of +5 °C economically without applying CO2 or N2. It is used in cooling and maintaining temperature of output product from machines, providing cold air to processes, laboratory etc.
Customized Refrigeration Solutions
Our experience and expertise in the field of refrigeration enables us to give customized solution to the different problems faced by the customer. So of the customized solutions that we have successfully executed are
Food Pulverizer Air Chiller
It is a known fact that when pulverizer is used to grind the food products considerable amount of heat is generated. This heating up of the grind mixture sometimes causes consistency issues in the end product. To reduce the heating up of the food product while it is being pulverized we have developed an Air Chiller that uses dry chilled air to chill the food product while it is being ground in the pulverizer. The product has been successfully tested and currently in operation in prominent food and spice processing industries.
Air Dryer for CNG Pump Application
Compressed air is used during the staring of CNG pumps. It is necessary that dry moisture free air should be supplied during this staring process. We manufacture compact high pressure (upto 16 kg/cm²) desiccant air dryers that can be supplied along with the CNG pumps
Compressed Air Accessories
Heat Exchangers
Heat Exchangers (Inter-After Coolers) consist of a series of tubes. One set of these tubes contains the fluid that must be either heated or cooled. The second fluid runs over the tubes that are being heated or cooled so that it can either provide the heat or absorb the heat required. A set of tubes is called the tube bundle and can be made up of several types of tubes: plain, longitudinally finned etc. Generally heat exchangers are used to reduce the temperature of the discharge air from the compressor using water.

Air Receivers
An Air Receiver is basically a tank that stores pressurized air from the compressor. The receiver acts as storage tank that helps to maintain constant pressure at downstream. It also helps to separate oil and moisture from the compressed air. All vessels are designed and fabricated as per customer requirement.

Compressed Air Filters
Supplier & Manufacturer of Compressed Air Filters & Oil Removal Filters. Our product range also comprises of Compressed Air Dryers, Compressed Air Accessories.
Compressed Air Filters
Compressed air is basically produced by the compression of atmospheric ambient air containing all the usual pollutants. Compressed air filters, often referred to as line filters, are used to remove contaminates like dust particles, oil from compressed air after compression has taken place. Air leaving a standard screw or piston compressor will generally have high water content as well as oil carry over and other contaminates. Special air filters are used for the filtration of compressed air. Every pneumatic application is different and requires different filtration levels.

Oil Removal Filters
When ambient air is compressed to a higher pressure in a compressor the impurities in the atmosphere also get into the air. The oil from the atmosphere and within the compressor also gets into the discharge air of the compressor. This oil content in the compressed air is harmful for the various components present in the compressed air line. For the removal of oil content in the compressed line Activated Carbon Filters are used. The Activated Carbon adsorbs the oil content from the compressed air thus giving out Oil-free compressed air.
